Allana Ferguson bio
Allana played for Australia in Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries caused her to go through a number of seasons without playing before switching to the Rugby League. Allana had a great time for New South Wales in her debut women's Rugby League match against Queensland and participated in the 2015 season. Allana has added radio to her repertoire making regular appearances with the top-rating Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Outside of sport Allana is also a fully trained educator. Allana Ferguson has the unique privilege of representing Australia in three different sports: Rugby sevens (rugby league), touch and the union of rugby. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos' star rugby player is forced to end her career in the league due to breaking her ACL four times. Ferguson tore the ACL four times before she was 15, 17, and twenty. When she was injured the fourth time, suffered the injury, her playing life was done. Ferguson, JILLAROOS playmaker and the fourth year player to be injured in the ACL, needed to quit early. Ferguson confirmed to The Courier Mail that she was injured during training in the month of November. She has been a player in the women's rugby league over the course of several seasons.
